Service Description

GetDealerHistory provides digital vehicle dealer service history reports based on Vehicle Identification Numbers (VIN). Reports are delivered as PDF documents to the email address you provide.

How It Works

1. Enter the 17-character VIN and select the correct vehicle Brand.
2. Provide your email address and complete payment.
3. Receive the dealer service history report as a PDF via email.

User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all data you provide, including the VIN, vehicle Brand, and email address. Please double-check all information before completing your order.

Pricing

Each report costs €19.99. Prices are in EUR and include all applicable fees. No subscriptions or recurring charges apply.

Delivery

Reports are delivered within 1 minute to 24 hours after successful payment (typically much faster). Delivery times may vary depending on data availability.

Refund Policy

Refunds are available only in the following cases:

• Duplicate payment for the same VIN / order.
• We are unable to provide the report due to a technical limitation.
• We delivered a report for a different VIN than the one you requested.

No refunds are issued if the report was delivered successfully — including cases where an incorrect VIN, vehicle Brand, or email was provided by the customer.

Wallet & Credits

• Credits represent prepaid digital service value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Credits do not expire.
• Refunds of wallet credits are only processed in exceptional cases: duplicate charge, billing error, or fraud/payment dispute decision.
• The company reserves the right to issue refunds at its sole discretion.
